Visions Coming to Reality
This week feels big. As Pluto shifts into Aquarius on November 19, with it brings new energies and a sort of thrusting into a new reality. I am personally preparing mind, body, and spirit for my upcoming journey into the volcanic lands of Guatemala—a goal I set just one year ago. Today, it's a reality. One year ago, leading my first international retreat was a dream, and now, here I am, living it. Is this my life? Yes, it is, and I'm celebrating.
I'm celebrating 4 years (!!!) since the birth of company, InYours, and gems that I've acquired on my journey as its devoted steward.
Have you ever experienced a desire so strong that you would do anything to make it a reality?
I have…Five years ago, I was chained to a desk, making someone else's dreams possible. My light was dimmed, my gifts unexpressed, and success seemed to require constant sacrifice. When I found energy healing, a spiritual community, and a path of self-care, my life took a complete 180. I was intuitively guided to leave my full-time career in healthcare to pursue a powerful vision of service.
Have you ever felt the life force of your purpose pull you into utter and complete transformation?
I have…And the journey wasn't easy. It took almost two years to recalibrate my nervous system and let go of the anxieties I thought were “normal.” Every day, I'm learning to balance my passions, professional life, and where my intuition leads me. I'm still working on setting boundaries, managing my energy, and nurturing my self-worth. Yes, there are fears and challenges, but I lead with courage and trust the gifts and lessons I've been given.
Have you ever felt so sure that you needed to leave everything behind and not look back?
I have… And with it I've redefined what it means to truly live. I now flow with the rhythms of nature and of my body, I now balance purpose with rest, and experience disciple as my path of devotion to my craft.
Have you ever had so much faith in a dream that nothing would stop you from pursuing it?
I have…and with this faith I've been honored to lead hundreds of people through loving group containers, private mentorship, and transformative retreats that catalyze new beginnings in people's lives. I've built lasting relationships and created a global membership program that offers women a toolbox of resources for their self-care and intuitive development. Through all of this, I found my voice, rediscovered my gifts, and embraced my heart's capacity to hold space for the healing and expansion of others.
So, in the wise words of Snoop Dogg I wanna thank ME. For persevering, for losing hope and for finding it again and again. For cultivating inner support, my resourcefulness, for investing in myself, and for trusting my intuition. For choosing to love myself and my life deeply enough to allow that love to overflow into the lives of others.

Next year, I'm inviting a select group of souls on an 11-month immersive journey into their own depths, reconnecting with both their inner wisdom and the natural world. This is for those ready to meet their most magnificent, awe-inspired, magical selves—to build an inner temple of strength, peace, and trust, and reemerge into right relationship with the Earth and all its life-giving energy.
Over the year beginning in February 2025, we will walk together—through joy, through tears, through breakthroughs—building a community grounded in authenticity and shared purpose. This program isn't for the faint of heart; it's for those of you who are willing to dive deep, to be vulnerable, and to rise strong. We will calm our nervous systems, reconnect with our bodies, and rediscover what it means to feel at home within ourselves. We will retreat into the mountains, creating rituals that honor the earth and commune with its medicines.
Through group calls, private intuitive guidance sessions, and a transformative retreat, you will complete another year of life with a renewed sense of self—grounded, empowered, and deeply connected.
