The Psychedelic Sound Bath 2026 Specials: Details & Policies

These policies are designed to support clarity, fairness, and integrity for our community while honoring the energetic and logistical care required to curate each Psychedelic Sound Bath experience. By purchasing any 2026 package, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Explorer Pass - $249

  • Valid for first-time Psychedelic Sound Bath participants only

  • Includes 2 Comfort tickets valid for any 2026 date

  • Includes 25% off two future sound bath tickets (for one event) with a discount code that will be provided after purchase

  • Discount code is non-transferable and non-stackable

  • Explorer Pass may not be repurchased once used

  • Tickets must be redeemed within the 2026 calendar year

  • No refunds or extensions beyond 2026


Volunteer Special - $299

  • Volunteers must have attended at least one Psychedelic Sound Bath event prior to volunteering to ensure familiarity with the flow, expectations, and energetic container of the experience

  • Volunteers commit to setting up and tearing down at 4 Psychedelic Sound Bath events during the 2026 calendar year

  • Volunteer dates may be scheduled in advance

  • A minimum of 36 hours’ notice is required if a volunteer cannot fulfill a scheduled shift so that organizers have enough time to fill spots

  • Volunteers agree to:

    • Arrive on time and remain present for the full duration of their volunteer responsibilities

    • Follow directions from event organizers and lead facilitators

    • Contribute actively to setup and teardown (not socialize in lieu of assigned duties)

  • ⚠️ Failure to meet volunteer expectations, including but not limited to - Inability to follow instructions, Disruptive behavior, Excessive socializing during assigned volunteer time, Lack of engagement in setup or teardown - may result in termination of the Volunteer Special package at the discretion of event organizers. If a package is terminated for failure to fulfill obligations, the organizers reserve the right to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis, though tickets already earned or redeemed will not be refunded.

  • Missed shifts without proper notice or repeated failure to meet volunteer expectations may result in:

    • Loss of remaining volunteer privileges

    • Cancellation of the Volunteer Special package as outlined above

    • Unfulfilled volunteer commitments do not qualify for full refunds.

  • Volunteers may participate in the optional medicine dosing offered during the Psychedelic Sound Bath

  • Volunteers agree to take a lower dose than standard participants in order to remain grounded and safely and effectively complete teardown responsibilities

  • Event organizers reserve the right to limit or decline medicine participation for volunteers if safety or operational needs require it.

  • Volunteers receive 4 additional Essentials tickets (one per completed volunteer shift)

  • Earned tickets may be:

    • Used by the volunteer at a future event when not volunteering

    • Gifted to a friend for a future event (All friends must comply with requirements for the event such as waiver and health screening form completion.)

    • If volunteering at an event, the earned ticket may be used that same date for a friend

    Additional Benefits include:

    • Invitation to the End-of-Year Volunteer Appreciation Dinner (early December; exact date to be announced)

    • Access to the Online Community

    • Discounts on Retreats


Resonance Essentials - $1,099 and Full-Spectrum Comfort - $1,599

(Shared policies apply to both tiers unless otherwise stated)

  • Packages are valid for the 2026 calendar year only

  • Tickets may be used by the purchaser or gifted to friends. All friends must comply with requirements for the event such as waiver and health screening form completion.

  • Unused tickets may also be donated to community members who otherwise could not attend

  • Resonance Essentials and Full-Spectrum Comfort members receive priority access to event dates

  • Members will receive a monthly email on the 1st of each month requesting:

    • Which event(s) they wish to attend

    • How many tickets they would like to redeem

⚠️ Comfort tickets are limited per event and are filled on a first-responded basis.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event

  • If unable to attend within 48 hours of an event:

    • Tickets may be gifted to a friend, or

    • Donated to the community for redistribution

  • No-shows will forfeit the ticket used for that event

  • Tickets forfeited due to no-shows are not refundable or replaceable

  • Additional Benefits include:

    • Online Community Access

    • Discounts on Retreats

    • Invitations to Exclusive Events

General Policies (All Packages)

  • All packages are non-refundable

  • Tickets cannot be carried over beyond 2026

  • Policies are subject to minor updates as needed for safety, capacity, or regulatory reasons

  • Abuse of ticketing, volunteer privileges, or community trust may result in removal from future events

Details on Benefits:

  • Online Community includes a WhatsApp Community forum and access to The Psychedelic Sound Bath Mighty Networks Private Community for educational content, secured community exchanges and conversations, special event invitations, and more.

  • Exclusive Events will include other private natural medicine experiences (those legal for personal use in Colorado), invitations to curated travel and retreats, product launch parties, product sample panel opportunities, and other co-created spaces with the community.
