My Favorite Tools for Curating a Personalized Self-Care Practice


Everyone has the power to create a personal self-care practice that works for their specific needs. With so many tools, modalities, and practices out there, it's important to learn what works for you (and what doesn’t!)

I'd love to share some of my favorite tools that I personally use for daily self-care curation. It's different everyday based on the time of the month, what's going on around me, and how I’m feeling. Feel free to explore these or provide us inspiration with the tools you use in the comments below!

⏲️Insight timer - A free meditation app I use daily with guided meditations, music, live practices and courses. Use this however you please!

☪️CHANI or The Pattern Apps - These apps are for astrology forecasts and give details on what's happening in the energy, with the moon, sun, and planets. I utilize astrology to plan my days and weeks for personal and work matters. It's great to know I'm not the only one going through something or feeling a certain feeling!

📒Journal - I have 3 journals. 1 for my business ideas and writing, 1 for my creative expression, and 1 for daily gratitudes, revelations, and intuitive "downloads". This helps me have an outlet for my thoughts and assists with mental clarity for all areas of life.

📅In Your Magic calendar - I created a printable calendar for my membership program that goes stars with each New Moon and has space for intentions that month, milestones, ah-ha moments, and symbols to denote personal ebbs and flows in energy. It also provides reminders of the moon phases and themes I can work with for personal development.

🌊Flo app - It's essential for women to understand their body's infradian rhythm which is guided by their monthly hormone cycle. I use the Flo App to track my menstrual cycle and it gives me great clues why I may be feeling the way I do. It also helps me plan my days based on times of high creativity, low energy, times for teamwork and collaboration, and best times to go inward.

👁️My Intuition - My greatest tool! If I'm confused, stuck, or in a rut, I consult my inner wisdom through stillness and meditation. My intuition speaks to me through my body and through visions. How does it speak to you?
